His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday received a delegation of executives from Toshiba Memory Corporation, who are participating in the World Science Forum 2017 at the Dead Sea.

During the meeting, discussions covered what Jordan has to offer in terms of excelling human resources and an attractive investment climate in the ICT sector, both of which have turned the Kingdom into a regional hub in this field.

In this regard, Toshiba Memory Corporation announced plans to offer internships for a number of Jordanians.

Discussions also addressed the Kingdom’s plans to further develop its ICT sector.

Director of the Office of His Majesty Jafar Hassan and Jordan’s Ambassador to Japan Demiye Haddad attended the meeting.

The Toshiba Memory Corporation delegation included Jeff Ohshima, Satoru Takase, and Japanese-Jordanian Sanad Bushnaq.
