King congratulates newly elected Korean president

His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday sent a cable to Moon Jae-in, congratulating him on assuming his term as president of the Republic of Korea.

In the cable, King Abdullah stressed the importance of enhancing relations and cooperation between the two countries in the best interest of their peoples.

His Majesty also wished the newly elected president good health and the people of South Korea further progress and prosperity.
