Frontline Service Department
Under His Majesty King Abdullah II’s directives, the Royal Hashemite Court established a department to serve the public, assist retired servicemen, provide medical expense exemptions to citizens without health insurance and give financial assistance for underprivileged citizens.
The Frontline Service Department is open to the public at its premises at the Royal Hashemite Court (Raghadan) on the road leading to Hashemi Janoubi area.
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Sunday through Thursday.
Closed Friday, Saturday and holidays.
If all conditions are met and all required documents are provided, service provision takes no more than half-an-hour.
Documents required for medical expenses cover form
- Valid civil identification card
- Original valid family book
- Non-judicial medical report verified by a specialised doctor and by the administration of a public hospital, a public clinic or military or university hospitals
- The patient should not have any health insurance
- The applicant present should be the patient or one of his/her first-degree relatives
- The patient must be in Jordan
Documents required for financial assistance:
- Valid civil identification card
- Original valid family book
- Any other documents on the economic, social and health situation, among others
